Interview
Very involved. Asked questions relating to interests and future goals. Wanted to know where the passion for the job stems from. I also got a tour of the facility and was told my job expectations in great detail.
Phone Interview: Questions about your availability, experience working with kids, and programming experience, familiarity with software such as Scratch, communicating with parents, and how you work with teams. Pretty straightforward, not a lot of situational questions. If you pass the phone interview, then you get called for an in-person one within a week or two.

Experience working with children and tutoring experience.
Overall straightforward simple coding questions, they know its mainly kids who teach so there not too worried about strict hiring. If your good with kids that matter a lot. so, make sure they know you care.
Informal chat about previous experience in tutoring. What you would do under different case scenarios. Your schedule. Tour around the location. Not very difficult pretty basic and straightforward. Previous experience would help.
