Code and Theory Associate Design Director interview questions

Was contacted via LinkedIn by a Code and Theory recruiter directly looking for creative talent wanting to speak about some openings on their team. Moved conversation to email where we scheduled a 30 min interview. Recruiter said that the department lead had already prescreened my portfolio and wanted to meet with me as the next step. I emailed him a thank you note asking about next steps with no reply. Emailed again following up and was ultimately ghosted. Incredibly unprofessional and left me with a very bad impression of this company.
