Interview process took 4 weeks. Had 5 different interviews. Throughout the process, it was unclear to me what the role actually entailed — I was told different things in each interview. After all these interviews, they did not provide any feedback about why I did not get an offer.

Three rounds of interviews with their best designers and senior management. Typical portfolio walk through with the designers. An introduction to upcoming projects and my potential placement on them. A walk through of the beautiful facilities.
