After initial phone call with recruiter, was told it would be a simple two interview process. It ended up being three interviews over a course of almost two months. Every single interview (including the first phone call with the recruiter) had to be last minute re-scheduled. I had to personally reach out multiple times to get a follow up or response in between waiting times. All for in the end, them to say the needs of the business changed and they could no longer recruit for the position.
