Very long, lots of 30 minute interviews. Felt more like a "culture fit" process than anything else. It was underwhelming to realize how unsophisticated their tech is, as well as their leaderships' understanding of tech. I think I lost this opportunity because I just couldn't speak the same language as some of the people with print backgrounds.
