The interview process was well outlined by Code and Theory's recruitment team. I understood who I would be speaking with, the role they played within the larger organization, and what the process and rough timeline would be. In the conversations themselves, the team were welcoming and enthusiastic. Everyone was very transparent and direct about the roles/responsibilities and goals for the position, as well as details about the team that I would be working with, and the workflow of the agency overall. My questions were answered by each team member that I spoke with, and by the end of the process I was well-equipped to make a sound decision about whether to accept an offer if I were to receive one (the answer being yes, I should).
