first round will be written test and you should have good knowledge on aptitude,reasoning,verbal and writing skills.if you pass first round almost the interview process is done.second is HR round.third manager or ceo round and u will get the offer letter and you should be ready to give two years bond.for two to three months of training you wont get any salary.
