A bit unorthodox, but genuine management and a passion to deliver value to their current and future clients. It was more of a meet key management and future colleagues. There were open-ended questions and why I wanted to work for Cognition. They also shared future and current market information. Several demonstrations of product and asked to demonstrate it myself.
