i went through interview with cogizant long back for a Lead position. interview was 2 hours long. It was bit tough . pls be prepare always . you need answer 100% with good knowledge. then only they will satisfy. some times even if you tell correct answer they will mess with you. Confidence and knowledge is very important here.

I applied via referral. Completed the interview rounds online by 14 FEB, completed my documents verification by 03 MAR. Even though, HR confirmed document verification is good, still haven't hearback.

Keeps calling and rescheduled the interview for more than 3 times . At the end, interviewer did not turn up. Is a very uncomfortable and lousy experience. Will not consider for this kind of company.
