It was a 20-30 minute interview and Senior and middle management. Lot of stress was given on the thought process, ability to think and comment on a situation. The selection seemed unbiased and merit based. The requirements were not very rigid. Questions around current affairs and ability to work with limited resources

3 round of interview, 1 technical 2 technical and 3 Rd is negotiations round. Good experience, the entire process took 3 weeks. Good company to work with. Just focus on your basic of the roles that you work for
The interview was vague with a lot of empty promises. The expectations of the role were not honest. The format of the interview was very casual and not standard which would be fine but the interviewer did not seem interested in really finding the best fit for the roles.
