I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cognizant (Chennai) in Sep 2014
Interview
It started with Introduce myself and then he moved onto domain related Questions about Banking domain & cards and payments domain.
After that he asked about any Java knowledge and it's related questions, because they were looking for Automation experience candidate as well. He posted questions about projects worked on. Later he ended the interview by saying, you don't need to attend 2nd technical interview, our hr will call you in a while, please don't leave for the day. And he asked do I have any questions to ask him. I said, is there any improvement areas I need to focus on...he encouraged me to learn automation more.
