Interview
The recruitment process was MASS HIRING
It includes three steps :
1. Online Test
It included sections of Quant, Verbal, Reasoning and Automata Fix which has debugging and coding questions. The overall level of online test was slightly above average.
2.Technical Interview
There was about 10-15 min interview which was to check your technical knowledge from your mother stream and basic programming knowledge. It needs practice in your programming language and whole about your projects and internship during your graduation.
3. HR Interview
It is the easiest round for any recruitment. all it needs your confidence and your body language. The basic questions were asked during interview like Tell about yourself, Family, short term and long term goals etc.
It is an easy task to crack Cognizant interview just keep faith in yourself and be confident.
