I was applied for this position in March 2016. If ur profile selected then they were send(email) us a test link and we need to clear this aptitude test first, if selected then they will u for F2F interview. In my case I have cleared the each test smoothly. In technical they were asked about our current skill set, DBMS, Data Structure, OS basic Concepts and some questions related to our college projects. So be prepared for the interview in Cognizant in that way.
