I applied through college ! The process took 2days! On the first day ,they conducted apptitude and automata which was very easy. They announced the result night itself! The next day was technical HR and personal HR.
The interview process consists of an initial introduction where the interviewer provides an overview of the role and asks questions about the candidate's background, experience, and interest in the position. This is followed by a technical interview focused on Python and data management concepts, including SQL, data manipulation, and basic problem-solving. Candidates may also be asked to discuss previous projects and explain their approach to solving technical challenges. The process began quickly after applying on the company website for an entry-level PV QC position. First, HR contacted me to verify administrative details, such as language skills and work authorization for the country. Next, I interviewed with the Hub Manager to discuss my academic background, experience, and motivation. They also clearly explained the role's responsibilities and benefits.
Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Although I declined the offer for personal reasons, it was clear from the start that the team consists of great people to work with.
