Una entrevista completa sobre CI/CD, Servicios REST, manejo de errores, manejo de tiempos, management, lenguajes de programacion. Pero al ser tantos temas, fue una entrevista relativamente por encima de cada tema.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cognizant in Oct 2025
Interview
Joke of a company. Pursued by them to apply for a role. They consistently delayed and rearrange the interview. When they eventually do it, it goes well and am told by everyone including the hiring manager that they are proceeding to final interview. Ghosted for many weeks and then just a default email that they are not proceeding. Absolutely joke of a company and hiring process. They are not worth getting involved with. If that’s how they behave having headhunted me I dread to think how poor it is for everyone else.
Good, both the interview rounds were easy, hr was very responsive. Entire process got completed in two weeks but later they said they prefer a early joiner and didn't proceed with the offer letter.
