I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cognizant (Chennai) in Sep 2009
Interview
The interview process started with HR getting basic info. about the Total and relevant exp., notice period, Expected CTC etc. The line interview went for about 30 minutes over the phone, and I was asked about my current job and responsibilities and the relevant exp in the profile they were looking for. The final round was again HR negotiating on the CTC and notice period, but our thoughts couldn't marry.
I applied via referral. Completed the interview rounds online by 14 FEB, completed my documents verification by 03 MAR. Even though, HR confirmed document verification is good, still haven't hearback.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cognizant (Kuala Lumpur) in Feb 2026
Interview
Keeps calling and rescheduled the interview for more than 3 times . At the end, interviewer did not turn up. Is a very uncomfortable and lousy experience. Will not consider for this kind of company.
Processo de entrevista extremamente transparente e amigável. Recrutadores competentes e respeitosos, fizeram questão de esclarecer todos os aspectos da vaga e do processo seletivo. Fui recebido muito bem para a entrevista presencial.
