I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cognizant in Dec 2020
Interview
I had an agency recruiter reach out to schedule an interview, telling me they can be flexible to connect outside of business hours, only to be told the call had to be scheduled between 9:30-5. We agreed on 4:30 and never received a call. Upon reaching out, I'm given no explanation for missing the call and was redirected to an internal recruiter to schedule an appointment. After sharing my windows of availability, a new call is scheduled for another day at 4:30. Received a call at 4:35 telling me his day got away, can we reschedule for Friday? I asked for an 8am call and was told "I'm still in bed at that time"... If you don't respect and value your candidate's time, you lost the candidate's respect and value of your firm.
