I attempted this interview through campus placements.We're informed about the interview timings the day before.My interview was at 10AM next day.The interviewer was jovial.No programming questions were asked.He told me since I've cleared the written test(which also comprises of Automata fix),He would not ask questions on programming.Automata fix is a part of written test which tests our basic programming skills.He asked me questions related to apti and my core area(Civil engineering).It went on for about 50mins.There is no HR round.CTS conducts only one interview round(TR+HR).I felt that I answered pretty well enough to sail through:)

Smooth interview process as well as it was very interesting with ample feedback at the end. I enjoyed the conversation a lot and coverted the interview and accepted the offer.
