Initially I was contacted by the HR recruiter and had an informal interviewing going though my CV and relevant experience. The next stage was with the hiring manager who asked me questions on what experience I had with BPM, RPA and many other acronyms. Some of them I was familiar with and others was not and had to keep on asking him to spell them out. This is quite typical of consultants to use a lot of jargon and acronyms and expecting people to understand them. Not a good impression so I guess it was for the best.
