The interview process was streamlined and focused on assessing my experience as a lateral hire. It began with an introductory HR call where we discussed my background, previous roles, and alignment with the organisation’s needs. This was followed by a technical conversation with the hiring manager and team, where they evaluated my hands‑on skills, problem‑solving approach, and familiarity with identity and access management workflows. The process concluded with a culture‑fit discussion and clarification of role expectations.

Initial HR screening covering experience, notice period, and salary expectations. Technical interview focused on UiPath concepts, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, exception handling, selectors, debugging, PDF/Excel automation, APIs, SQL, and automation best practices. A few scenario-based questions were also asked. Managerial discussion on project experience, problem-solving approach, client communication, and team collaboration. HR discussion regarding compensation and joining timelines

Virtual interview process, standard behavioral questions and some technical questions. Technical questions were more focused on skills & software I have previously used for data analysis. Everything else was pretty standard and straightforward.
