Interview Process was medium.. Two Technical rounds were conducted and both was with average difficulty.. My client interview was conducted as second round for me, so that I was tagged into project on the day I joined cognizant..
I got the interview opportunity through college placements, Questions were regarding basic programming concepts, Java- oops, basic problems. Before the interview round, there was aptitude and technical written round. As a fresher coming from non-IT degree I performed not so good, but was hired eventually.
