Interview
The hiring process is medium to difficult level. It all depends on the urgency to fill the position. Usually the first round is a technical round which is taken by Manager level person followed by another round by Deputy General Manager/ General Manager. This round is a mix of technical and general questions. Once you have cleared this round, you are contacted by the HR for salary discussion.

Keeps calling and rescheduled the interview for more than 3 times . At the end, interviewer did not turn up. Is a very uncomfortable and lousy experience. Will not consider for this kind of company.
