First interview was good (done by office in Norway)
Second interview - not good (done by office in India)
Seems the interviewer in indian office lacks updated information about modern project management trends like DevOps,Agile etc.He kept questioning about classic project management.
Felt a bit strange as I worked 10 years in Norway for big companies and he was sceptical about my experience.
Question asked on previous project roles and certifications lot of technical questions asked in the interview it was a nice discussion with senior manger it was Smooth interview process so far but need mille follow ups on next process it wa stuck over a week
Technical Interview lasted for an hour and it covered current project and tools , techniques used in the project were given more preference.
Next interviewer asked some basic ML, GenAI and Responsible AI questions

Given interview all rounds I cleared but they started ghosting after HR round.
Asked to share all documents to proceed further but no response from there end. Even escalated on mail also.
