I had an initial hour-long conversation with HR, who mentioned he really enjoyed our discussion and wanted to move forward with my application. I promptly replied the next morning expressing my interest in proceeding to the next steps. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I never received a response.
It’s now been over a month without any update. For a company of such stature, I believe it’s reasonable to expect basic professionalism in communicating feedback or status, especially after the first round when strong interest was indicated. Please respect candidate's time and energy by being transparent about your hiring decisions.
