Cognizant asociate interview questions

Not too hard,neither easy. First there was a HR round just to understand the suitability,then technical discussion. This was about one hour. Then it's the Hiring manager round. This is mainly to discuss the salary. It was a good experience.

Technical one round then HR round . In technical round they are checking about our overall experience and challenges we faced. Team management and our areas of interest and all they validated. Over all it is like one on one communication
