What is a product that you use every day and how would you improve it?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cohere Health
Interview
Structured interview process. Everyone was responsive and easy to reach. It started with 3 separate calls with different members of the team, including HR. This was followed by a timed assignment with time allocated to present my findings. Lastly, I had a "virtual onsite" interview (which I believe was the final stage of the process) with another 4 members from different teams. Covered a lot of product sense/thinking like a product manager. I enjoyed my conversations. The last round was challenging. Maybe my experience wasn't an ideal fit. Overall, great people and cool company! Good luck for your interview - make sure to prepare well.
