Firstly, this group sent about 3-4 different coordination emails after applying that they were doing group interviews, but also stressed they simultaneously wouldn't be able to interview everyone. They proposed from 3p-5p on a Monday that you just sit and be ready to possibly interview with no guarantee that would even happen. Well, despite this major red flag, I tried to join anyway and their Zoom meeting for this "event" is completely full before the start time- over 300 people already in. If you manage to get in, remember you may not get interviewed. Doing the math, unless they are doing 40 second interviews, it's not gonna pan out for most of the people the elected to waste the time of for 2+ hours. Completely embarrassing- whomever is doing recruitment needs to be fired, or at the very least demoted until they learn appropriate hiring techniques. The fact that this company believes this is a workable way, let alone the ideal way, to handle interviews is laughable and frankly extremely disrespectful. It shows a complete lack of aptitude on the HR and Talent sourcing side of this business and is a great indicator that they do not really respect their employees, because they cant even dedicate the time to appropriately interview applicants. What a joke.

It is via zoom with staff panel questions in timed small break out rooms. It does take quite a while to be let into the zoom. The most I heard is 3 hours.

it like speed dating they give you a zoom link, then you meet with different people back to back & then they let you know if your hired within a week or so.
