Following the initial phone screen, I conducted a panel interview with the team, peer manager, and other relevant individuals. I was informed that the team was impressed with my skills and I was a good fit for the role and a follow-up, final interview would be scheduled.
Two weeks passed, and despite reaching out to the recruiter on two separate occasions, I never received a response. Several weeks later, I received a generic response indicating that my “application” had been reviewed, and they had selected other candidates for interviews. However, I had already progressed to the final round. This situation was disheartening as they wasted my time and lacked the courtesy of a proper response.

Interview
