It was a brief interview with the owner and two other people. The questions were your basic interview questions but once answered, they didn't ask for further detail or find other things to ask about, as I'm accustomed to having. The interview ended with them telling me they'd be making a decision in 24 hours and I'd hear from them regardless. Unfortunately, prior to going in to interview, I overheard a current employee complaining that she wanted that job and if they didn't give it to her, she was leaving. Pairing that with my short interview, I knew I didn't have the job.
