The interview process can be somewhat long. You will talk to multiple people and answer the same questions with each of them. There was weeks in-between each call. Many times I thought I was no longer being considered.
My first interview was with a Phone recruiter, very normal interview questions, lasted about 15 minutes. I was then advanced to the regional vice president, the interview lasted about an hour.

Interview
Met with a woman at a local restaurant . She asked me reasonable questions until she asked if I would be willing to manage mor than 1 location. I told her yes as long as the location was in close proximity so that I would know the RE market. She neglected tot ell me that it was a city not far from the office for which I has interviewed. She would up going with someone who had NO experience in Branch Management.
