This was probably the weirdest interview I have ever had. I interviewed at Colectivo Coffee (formerly Alterra). The first interview was pretty short but consisted of NO interview questions. There were no questions of any sort that I had encountered in an interview previously. My interviewer asked how I felt about working in a lower level position than what I had applied for. It made me wonder why they asked me to come in for an interview if I was qualified enough for the job. I went in for another interview the next week. This interview consisted of asking me if I would, again, be willing to work in an entry-level position (mind you I have experience in a bakery). The whole two-part experience made me question myself as I left feeling as though I was not good enough for their bakery. The next week I was called about my references. My interviewers were very nice people.
