Very simple. I had one interview with HR and then an in person interview with the manager of the store. I was offered the position on my way home from the interview in person.
I applied online. I interviewed at Colectivo Coffee
Interview
After being called back from the online application, the in-person interview was simple and relatively brief. They asked direct, important questions. Questions included availability, what skills you bring, and experience questions.
Slow and kinda painful it took a while for them to reach me and confirm everything. After the first 2 interviews it gets smoother. All in all a rocky start to a work place.
