Interview
The entire recruitment process was within 3 weeks, which is quite fast. First, they came on campus and did an information/networking session. A few days after, the application was due, then interviews the following week. The interviews were an hour in total, conducted by 2 people for 30 minutes each. The two interviewers were the Manager for the Colgate (toothpaste) line, and another was a Sales Division Manager. The following week, you find out the results. In my case, it was through my school e-mail.
