I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I was very excited to work for this company. They seemed as though they really wanted to work with me as well. After doing well on the phone interview they invited me for an in person interview. After doing lots of research on the company and my interviewers I was surprised to learn that one of them backed out of the interview? It was as though they found someone better suited for the job and did not even want to talk to me. The interview went well but felt empty, like it was just a formality. After I got the rejection email I followed up with "is there any way I can improve/ feedback for me?". I never got a response, after they lose interest it seems they lose respect as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Initial interview was a phone screening with the recruiter. Second interview was an interview with two account managers. Very conversational. My last interview however was super unprofessional. I arrived on time & waited almost an hour to be seen. Interview was extremely unprofessional and felt awkward. After the interview, a recruiter asked me how the interview went & never reached out again. No decency in letting me know I did not get the role.
Really great interview process. The account managers and sales managers were really nice and engaging. The interviews lasted between thirty minutes to one hour depending on round and was extremely conversational.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Houston, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
One of the recruiters reached out to me on Linkedin and we chatted for about 20 minutes over the phone so that I had the opportunity to learn more about the position. Towards the end of the call I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the manager in Houston.
The interview was extremely conversational where the interviewee is supposed to drive the conversation which I loved. After this round you get invited to a lunch type interview.
