Interview
Interview process was very thorough with individual meetings with team members, detail heavy design challenge, and additional meetings after the final presentation. My hiring manager was extremely helpful, providing updates regularly and walking through each step to prep before specific interviews.

Interview
Process took about 3 weeks. I met with the recruiter which immediate sparked my keen interest in the position. She was really nice and informative. I noted some red flags when I asked questions about the company and the position and my answers were very vague but she really boosted up her company which is a given. I then was sent emails back and forth with the scheduler who seemed aggressive, which is very hard to do through a simple email. Then I met with the hiring manager who was very condescending and slightly inexperienced. Interview was a firing round of questions that seemed not to test my knowledge but as a sort of gotcha! about my past experience. Might have been overqualified but this experience was definitely one of my stranger ones. I would trust the negative reviews about working for this company!

Interview
I was contacted via email for a 30 minute phone interview. A few red flags here the posting said 3 years experience she then proceeded to say they were looking for 4 to 5 years experience. Like why reach out? I have significant experience in every area they were looking for but red flag she just looked at years of experience instead of actual work. Recruiter could not speak to anything about the role quite literally. I asked how dev team worked and how the rest of the teams operated. Still could not answer. I was basically over qualified but sidelined due to "years of experience". A joke of outreaching if you ask me. Don't waste time if you are a product designer you will not be taken seriously. Not able to speak about company culture either! Overall ended the call early due to lack of respect.
