Easy process since an RC/recruiter helps out, you go through a phone screen, then in person interview with a group, then in person interview with an individual. This happens over a span of a week if no scheduling conflicts occur. Pretty easy interview if you have a car, naturally competitive, money driven, and have had some work experience before.

3 rounds, one with district manager, one with President, and another I forgot. They like to hire people who played sports in high school and people who work hard. Ask if you have transportation and make sure you understand the internship is a painting business where you go D2D for leads.
