I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CollegeSpring (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview was scheduled quickly and was very relaxed one on one. She asked me to talk about myself and my experience getting into college, background in teaching/tutoring/working with adolescents, why I want to work for CollegeSpring and care about their mission, and then asked me to solve and teach her a math problem to evaluate how well I can communicate and teach solutions.
I applied online and then was invited for an interview in-person on my campus. The interview was about 30 minutes and included doing a sample SAT question. Staff was friendly!
