Interview
I started in another department as a temp with the company and heard of an open position. I inquired about it and was granted an interview. The interview itself was pretty standard, questions about my experience and background, schooling, skills. The interviewer was extremely professional and courteous. The office is upscale and professional, everyone is very well dressed. There is definitely a lot more cooperation and communication between departments than any other company I've ever worked with.
It's quite chill, they are polite but my english is not that great and the internet connection is weak so they don't seems to like me and dont bother to ask more.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Colliers (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
First, I had a phone call with a random recruiter in Canada (not from the actual office I'd be working with). She asked basic screening and skills questions and told me the logistics about the job. Then, I had about an hour long video chat with a recruiter from the actual office (she was very nice and it felt like a casual conversation). I had a poor experience because there was a long break for the holidays, then I got an email from the Canadian recruiter saying the team is still interviewing so look to hear back in another two weeks, then I was ghosted and no one responded to my follow up emails.
