I came in and interviewed in the southfield office with paul and Tom. It was an amazing interview and I was offered the job. They asked me to come in that Saturday to do a "test run" with excel, etc. I came back that Saturday where I did a test run and they both said I did an amazing job. They told me my next step was to meet with the office manager to discuss pay, benefits, etc. I waited a few days to be told when the meeting was. When I received a text from Paul informing me, after I had been offered the job and QUIT my current position, that they had decided to go in another direction. I reached out to their outside HR rep to get an understanding of why I had been offered the position just to be told that they decided to go in another direction, especially since I had quit my job to start at Collier. She informed me that she was very sorry but they changed their mind because of a few spelling mistakes on the test run. This was the most traumatic experience I have been through. The people at that office have no regard for anyone. I was truly looking forward to working for the company. Everyone seemed so warm and welcoming. I was sadly mistaken. Word of advice: caution before you interview here.
