Set up an initial phone screen with the office manager. It was very relaxed, all personality/fit based. Went in to interview with the managing director and a valuation director. Much like the phone screen, it was mainly about fit. No brain-busting questions just very basic real estate questions (what do you know about real estate, etc.).
