Interview
I applied via their website for a position I was highly qualified for and something they had posted quite a while ago. The very next day they sent a link which I assumed was a calendar to setup a time to meet with them but it was actually a website where they have a standard list of questions that records a video of you answering. Then later they potentially video the video and decide if they want to move forward.
They really want me to dress up, turn on my camera, and go through a list of questions just to have the chance that they may move forward in the interview process to a point I can even ask them questions? I don't know a single thing about the job other than the very standardized job req, why should I invest my time if they aren't willing to invest theirs?
I withdrew my application and wished them luck.
