I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Coloplast (Peterborough, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
The first stage of the process was hearing about the role through Chase. The contract company were highly positive about the role and were keen to emphasize the importance of the culture and values with in Coloplast. Between Chase and Chemistree, I was given a chance to ask questions about the organisation and given good insight in to the likely process. After deciding to take this opportunity further, the next stage was a digital interview (approx 6 questions for which you record filmed answers with a time limit) and various online tests. After that I had a face to face interview with who would become my new boss and a senior colleague. The final stage was an assessment centre which consisted of a role play, competency based interview and a business plan presentation.
Throughout the process, I found everyone that I met/interacted with were highly professional and accommodating. From a logistical perspective tasks and interview dates were given with plenty of time to prepare which was really helpful.
Finally, the people with in this organisation have been superb. From senior management to my immediate colleagues, everyone is very helpful and is keen to help to overcome the business challenges we all face. Coloplast is a great organisation, with a strong culture and I would happily recommend this company to friends, family or anyone else that will listen!
