Color Bioinformatician interview questions

I received a call from their human resources department. The recruiter seemed completely unenthusiastic and just read me the job description and asked me to restate my CV. Basically, wasted half an hour. I've been told that I seem like a good match and that in the next few days I'll receive an email with details for the next step - an interview with a hiring manager that will include technical questions. After two weeks, I received a rejection email on my work email that I never provided. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and it comes as no surprise that they have a difficult time hiring and retaining employees.
