While I love what Color is doing and their growth is amazing, the hiring manager I interviewed with acted as a stereotypical techbro. It was a 30 minute interview and he was late. The first 20 minutes were spent with him talking about all of his accolades and his ex-girlfriend he used to visit that lived close to me. That left time for 1 softball question but you can tell he didn't even listen. I hope this experience is more of a one off vs the entire culture.
