Very easy. They have a meeting for anyone interested to attend. They go over what it's like to work for intramural sports. Then give you a paper to fill out with, availability, preferred sports to ref, sports you' e previously played or still play, and a little about yourself. Then they either email you that you got the job or that you didn't.
