The interview process took about 3 months from the moment I submitted the application online. You first have a screening phone interview with the search committee where they asked 10 questions. The questions were very much based on the job description. The on-campus interviews was then a half day including breakfast, an interview with the search committee, a presentation for the whole career center staff, and an interview (more of a conversation) with the career education team. Very friendly staff and a fun environment. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. extremely organized and thoughtful.
