Interview
Applied in November and interviewed in person in February. Takes forever, but they are respectful. Was told via phone that they accepted another candidate with experience working in a university and was advised to keep applying for other CSU positions. They expect a lot of your time for all interview steps. Testing, phone interview, and in person.
First there is a Phone call, then an in person interview. There may be another interview then reference check before a possible offer is made. Typical interview process at this company
Very lengthy, time between applying to first and second interview took 6 weeks total. Interview itself was lengthy too, almost 2 hours of questions. Interview was very in depth and with layered questions about to gauge your personality and how you would handle a busy office environment.

Interview
Virtual interview with supervisor of the administrative position and person currently occupying the position. Interview was not overly formal and was very straightforward with no surprise or trick questions. It was about 30-45 minutes in length.
