Interview
Interviewed first with manager, who then called in other Associates one at a time - the whole thing took an hour and 45 minutes! There was some repeat questioning doing it that way, but it was kind of nice to get to talk to people individually, to get more of a sense of how they would be to work with. It took forever to get to the second interview, with the area manager. That interview took about 45 minutes and was quite pleasant. No really difficult questions in either interview, mostly standard behavioral questions and open-ended "tell us about your resume." They mostly want to know what kind of person you are - they can teach banking, but they need to know your personality is going to be a good fit for the branch and the culture overall.

Interview
Easy and straight forward interview process. People were very friendly and it was not hard to get a job. They asked me to sell them a pen, so get ready for one of those "cool" sales questions. Overall, just be honest and smile.

Interview
Applied online very easily. I called the next day to check in with the manager on the status of the position and my application. Manager called me back a few days later and we discussed the position and he offered me a interview for their full time universal associate position. When I went in they were very friendly and was interviewed by the store manager and the team lead. Then I met a few other current employees at the store and they asked me a few questions as well. Over all great interview everyone was so friendly.
