Interview
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. It started with a brief phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with the branch manager. They asked mostly behavioral and customer service questions and explained the role clearly. Overall, it felt relaxed and professional, and the interviewers were friendly.

They asked how I would handle a difficult customer situation. I explained that I would stay calm, listen carefully to the customer’s concern, show empathy, and work toward a solution while following bank policies. I emphasized providing good customer service and professionalism.
Easy and fun. Very smooth and straight forward. Everyone was nice and welcoming. One of my favorite interviews. Asked basic questions, nothing crazy, then there was a 3 day waiting period.
