How would you improve on current processes and procedures in audit.
The first discussion with HR went well, and the interview with the Hiring Manager was acceptable. They mentioned a decision within 10 days. Despite reaching out to the hiring manager and having acquaintances within the company contact them as references, there was no response at all. Experiencing complete silence was disappointing, especially after being assured it was a positive workplace. I value professionalism, and it's disheartening when the interview process concludes with being ignored, as true professionals typically maintain communication.
